DESCRIPTION

The building was designed through bioclimatic strategies. The rotation of the volumes has been designed to accommodate the prevailing spring-summer winds thus creating natural ventilation inside and to obtain the best ratio light-solar heating avoiding glare and overheating phenomena. The winds enter the building meet the water surface positioned between the elevators that allows you to create evaporative cooling, refreshing the environment and keeping clean air.  

The interior spaces are designed to obtain places of concentration, meeting, but at the same time rest and dialogue. There are in fact single, double, quadruple stations, formal and informal meeting rooms. Each station is equipped with wiring for devices. In the various environments are present totem informative where to bring back general information on the activities of the company.  

An application for devices will provide real-time information to all company devices and through their smartphones employees can make reservations of meeting rooms, lunches, events, communications in general.  

At the plant level, the management will be through the home automation (smart building) so that all the information related to the management of the systems, consumption, malfunctions or maintenance in general will be monitored, manageable and optimized to get the best return on benefits.  

Each floor of the building is autonomous at management and plant level, so that it can operate independently, for example the ground floor could remain open even after work hours and the rest of the building remain off. This would save energy.
